Our quality expectations
Randy and I are our own toughest critics. We test carefully and inspect closely. If either of us hesitates over the fragrance, the finish or how it feels to use, it isn’t ready to leave our hands. We won’t ask you to welcome something into your home that we wouldn’t welcome into ours.

Wickless by design
Electric warmth releases the fragrance; an open flame is never part of the ritual. Our wickless jars are for compatible electric warming plates or overhead lamps. Use our 4 oz Fragrance Cups with a compatible overhead lamp or the Black & Gold 3-in-1 warming plate with its dish removed. Remove the foil lid completely before warming. Cups and jars may take longer to melt on the 3-in-1. Check Cup fit and setup.
A considered wax foundation
Our standard jars and Mercantile Fragrance Cups use CocoSol™ Soy Pillar Wax, a coconut, soy and sunflower wax blend, with fragrance oils.

We pair quality wax with generous fragrance loads and hand-pour in small batches, giving each composition the care its story deserves. The wax is the foundation. The fragrance gives it character. What matters is how they come together in your home.
Our jar and cup formulas are developed separately for their intended warming formats. Fragrance performance varies with the scent, warmer and room; we do not promise a fixed strength or duration.
Net contents you can understand
Each standard jar contains 7 oz (198 g) net wax-and-fragrance fill in an 8 oz amber jar with a cream label and black threaded metal lid. The 8 oz designation describes the jar size, not product weight. Each Spiced Claret Reserve jar also contains 7 oz (198 g) net fill, in an amber jar with a black threaded lid.
Each individual Mercantile Fragrance Cup contains 4 oz (113 g) net wax-and-fragrance fill in a 170 mL cup with a heat-sealed foil lid. Cup capacity is not product weight. Cups cost $11 individually, or mix and match any two for $20 automatically, with no subscription required. Choose any two available Cups from our individual Fragrance Cup collection.
An edition you can recognize
Cream labels identify our standard jars. Spiced Claret Reserve uses its distinctive current label on our standard amber jar with a black threaded lid.
Reserve brings together Black Cherry Merlot, Dark Plum and Jalapeño in a dark, wine-inspired fruit fragrance with a green-spice note. Midnight Range belongs to The Wilderness and brings together Mountain Pine, Serene Summit, Fireside and Sweet Tobacco.

Jars are sold individually and Mercantile Fragrance Cups are available individually or in pairs, with warmers sold separately unless a listing expressly includes both.
