Shipping policy

Order processing

Most in-stock orders leave our Florida studio within 2–4 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. We do not offer a product for sale until its final format has passed testing.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised estimated ship date and give you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for a full refund. If we cannot obtain your consent to the delay, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available services, charges, and carrier estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak-season volume, carrier disruptions, and address corrections can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order is prepared for carrier pickup. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address before submitting an order. Email randall@1849mercantile.com or call 610-413-1896 immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If a package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us so we can help evaluate the next step.

International shipping

International availability, if offered, will be shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or local charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
