What is wickless fragrance?

Fragranced wax that releases scent with a compatible electric warmer. No wick or open flame is needed. Warmers are sold separately.

Which format works with my warmer?

Use our 4 oz Fragrance Cups with a compatible overhead lamp or the Black & Gold 3-in-1 warming plate with its dish removed. Remove the foil lid completely before warming. Cups and jars may take longer to melt on the 3-in-1. Use an open jar on a compatible overhead lamp or warming plate. Place loose clamshell portions in a suitable warming dish; never heat the plastic packaging. Read care and compatibility instructions.

How much does each product contain?

Jars contain 7 oz (198 g) net fill in an 8 oz amber jar with a black threaded lid. Each Cup contains 4 oz (113 g); a pair contains 8 oz total. Each six-portion clamshell contains 2.5 oz (71 g). Net fill excludes packaging.

How are Fragrance Cups sold?

Buy one 4 oz Cup for $11, or mix and match any two for $20 automatically. Choose from our single-Cup collection. No subscription is required.

What do jars and clamshells cost?

Jars cost $22 each. Buy any three or more jars and save 10% automatically; three jars total $59.40 before tax. Clamshells cost $6 each. Mix and match any three eligible clamshells for $15. Eligible product offers can apply together to different qualifying items in the same cart. The same item does not receive two product discounts.

How do monthly subscriptions work?

Two Cups cost $20 per month; four Cups cost $40. One jar costs $20 per month; two jars cost $40. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying subscription orders of $20 or more after discounts and before tax in the contiguous U.S. and Washington, DC. The Monthly Melt Trio costs $14 plus $5 standard shipping per monthly delivery: $19 before tax for three 2.5 oz clamshells. Select a fragrance for each slot; repeats are welcome. Your chosen fragrances repeat monthly. Contact us before your next charge to request a fragrance change. Tax is extra. For Cup subscriptions, choose your two monthly fragrances from the available options. Choose the monthly purchase option where available. Change or cancel before your next charge. Warmers are not included.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8 for one-time orders in the contiguous U.S. and Washington, DC. It is free at $54 after discounts, before tax. Final rates and eligibility appear at checkout. Read the shipping policy.

What wax do you use?

We use CocoSol, a coconut, sunflower and soy wax blend. Our signature fragrance load is 14.5% by wax weight: 14.5 g fragrance oil for every 100 g wax. Fragrance strength and duration vary by blend, warmer, room and use.

What makes Spiced Claret Reserve different?

A dark, wine-inspired fruit fragrance with a green-spice accent. It uses our standard amber jar with a black threaded lid and its distinctive current label. Each jar contains 7 oz net fill.

Are warmers available?

Check the product listings for current stock. Rustic Core and Prairie Rose are sold out. We expect 72 of each on November 27, 2026; the arrival date is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping date. Request a no-payment reservation; Michele or Randy must confirm a hold before any unit is reserved. Both overhead warmers include two bulbs and instructions. The Black & Gold 3-in-1 uses a bulb-free warming plate and removable dish. Fragrance is sold separately.

Can I leave a warmer unattended?

No. Keep it in view and away from children and pets. Never add water or extra oil to wax. Switch off and cool everything completely before handling. Read the full care guide.
